COMS 350: Nonverbal Communication

Does your article meet the requirements?

  • Was it written in the last 10 years?
  • Is it original research that the authors conducted?
  • Did it come from a peer-reviewed academic journal? Remember you can use search limiters and look at the journal title to help with this.
  • Is the article a full-length, not a summary of the research article or an abstract. Does it include an introduction, materials/methods, results, discussion, and a conclusion?
  • Did you locate the abstract? You will need to include this in your report.
